Aquesta llei estableix l&#8217;obligaci\u00f3 de les empreses de dur a terme un pla d&#8217;igualtat. Actualment el Pla d&#8217;Igualtat \u00e9s obligatori per a aquelles empreses de m\u00e9s de 50 persones treballadores des del 7 de mar\u00e7 de 2022. (Reial decret 6\/2019 d&#8217;1 de mar\u00e7). En el cas de no complir aquesta obligaci\u00f3, aix\u00f2 pot implicar sancions econ\u00f2miques i l&#8217;exclusi\u00f3 de la contractaci\u00f3 p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:51px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Es diferencien dos tipus de sancions:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Infraccions greus: des de 626\u20ac a 6.250\u20ac: aquestes es poden donar quan si que hi ha un Pla d&#8217;Igualtat o s&#8217;est\u00e0 negociant, per\u00f2 es denuncia que la negociaci\u00f3 \u00e9s incorrecta, el contingut no \u00e9s adequat o no s&#8217;estan realitzant les mesures acordades.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Infraccions molt greus: des de 6.251\u20ac a 187.515\u20ac: Aquestes es donen quan existeix una obligaci\u00f3 derivada d&#8217;una inspecci\u00f3 pr\u00e8via, on s&#8217;estableix la necessitat d&#8217;elaborar o complir el Pla d&#8217;Igualtat, i no s&#8217;est\u00e0 duent a terme.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per tant, <strong>els dos primers beneficis directes<\/strong> que trobem en tenir un pla d&#8217;igualtat s\u00f3n <strong>evitar sancions i poder accedir a la contractaci\u00f3 p\u00fablica<\/strong>, millorant la imatge de l&#8217;empresa i augmentant la seva visibilitat en el mercat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:51px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Per\u00f2 quins beneficis m\u00e9s pot tenir la meva empresa al tenir un Pla d&#8217;Igualtat?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tenir un pla d&#8217;igualtat <strong>ajuda a reduir l&#8217;absentisme de la plantilla<\/strong> ja que promou un clima laboral saludable i equitatiu. Quan la plantilla se sent valorada i respectada, \u00e9s m\u00e9s propensa a estar motivada i a assistir regularment al treball. A m\u00e9s, un pla d&#8217;igualtat pot incloure mesures que abordin les causes subjacents de l&#8217;absentisme, com la conciliaci\u00f3 de la vida laboral i personal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un estudi realitzat pel Ministeri de Treball en 2018 va demostrar que les empreses amb pol\u00edtiques d&#8217;igualtat de g\u00e8nere tenien un absentisme un 24% m\u00e9s baix que aquelles que no les tenien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per tant, tamb\u00e9 <strong>contribueix a millorar el clima laboral<\/strong>. Les empreses amb pol\u00edtiques inclusives s\u00f3n m\u00e9s propenses a tenir un ambient de treball positiu i productiu, la qual cosa al seu torn es tradueix en una major satisfacci\u00f3 i motivaci\u00f3 de la plantilla i a l&#8217;augment del comprom\u00eds amb l&#8217;empresa. A m\u00e9s, si s&#8217;estableixen les mesures adequades tamb\u00e9 pot ajudar a prevenir la discriminaci\u00f3 i l&#8217;assetjament, la qual cosa contribueix a un ambient de treball m\u00e9s segur i respectu\u00f3s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:51px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Un estudi internacional realitzat pel F\u00f2rum Econ\u00f2mic Mundial al 2017 va demostrar que les empreses amb un major grau d&#8217;igualtat de g\u00e8nere tenien una major satisfacci\u00f3 laboral.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Un altre estudi realitzat per la Universitat de Cambridge al Regne Unit va trobar que les empreses amb una cultura d&#8217;igualtat i diversitat tenien persones treballadores m\u00e9s felices i productives, i menys probabilitats de sofrir d&#8217;estr\u00e8s i ansietat en el treball.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:51px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Conseq\u00fcentment, el pla d&#8217;igualtat es considera una <strong>eina efica\u00e7 per a atreure i retenir el talent<\/strong>, ja que, a trav\u00e9s de pol\u00edtiques inclusives es brinda a les persones treballadores millors condicions de treball, de conciliaci\u00f3 i es crea un sentit de pertinen\u00e7a i un ambient de treball positiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un estudi internacional realitzat per l&#8217;Institut de Recursos Humans al 2020 va demostrar que les empreses amb pol\u00edtiques d&#8217;igualtat de g\u00e8nere tenien una taxa de retenci\u00f3 de talent un 10% m\u00e9s alta que les que no les tenien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un altre estudi realitzat per PwC al 2016 va trobar que les empreses amb una cultura d&#8217;igualtat de g\u00e8nere tenen una major probabilitat d&#8217;atreure i retenir talents, especialment entre els <em>millenials.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El pla d&#8217;igualtat tamb\u00e9 ajuda a <strong>millorar el coneixement intern<\/strong>, ja que en promoure la sensibilitzaci\u00f3 i el coneixement sobre la igualtat de g\u00e8nere i la diversitat en l&#8217;empresa, pot proporcionar a la plantilla eines i recursos per a abordar i superar barreres de g\u00e8nere i diversitat en el lloc de treball.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A m\u00e9s, el monitoratge i l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 cont\u00ednua del pla d&#8217;igualtat poden proporcionar informaci\u00f3 valuosa sobre \u00e0rees en les quals l&#8217;empresa necessita millorar i pot ser una oportunitat perqu\u00e8 les persones treballadores comparteixin les seves perspectives i solucions. Aix\u00f2 pot contribuir a una cultura d&#8217;aprenentatge i millora cont\u00ednua en l&#8217;empresa, i a un major coneixement intern sobre la igualtat de g\u00e8nere i la diversitat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:51px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Un estudi espanyol realitzat per la Universitat de Val\u00e8ncia en 2019 va demostrar que les empreses amb pol\u00edtiques d&#8217;igualtat de g\u00e8nere tenien un coneixement intern m\u00e9s ampli sobre la tem\u00e0tica.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:51px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>En fomentar la igualtat de g\u00e8nere en el lloc de treball, una empresa pot ser un <strong>model per a la societat<\/strong> en general <strong>(RSC)<\/strong>.
