No \u00e9s d&#8217;estranyar, doncs, que <strong>set de cada deu persones LGTBI no s&#8217;atreveixen a denunciar agressions als seus superiors a la feina<\/strong>. Per\u00f2 el m\u00e9s preocupant \u00e9s que nom\u00e9s s&#8217;atenen tres de cada deu den\u00fancies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" src=\"https:\/\/veramc.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/lgtb2-1-1024x576.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2639\" srcset=\"https:\/\/veramc.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/lgtb2-1-1024x576.png 1024w, https:\/\/veramc.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/lgtb2-1-300x169.png 300w, https:\/\/veramc.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/lgtb2-1-768x432.png 768w, https:\/\/veramc.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/lgtb2-1.png 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember1029\">La normalitat d&#8217;aquesta viol\u00e8ncia i la falta d&#8217;actuaci\u00f3 davant de les situacions de discriminaci\u00f3 que viuen les persones del col\u00b7lectiu LGTBI condueixen a l&#8217;encobriment de l&#8217;orientaci\u00f3: el 86% de les persones enquestades creuen que cal ocultar l&#8217;orientaci\u00f3 sexual en una entrevista de treball, i <strong>tres de cada quatre persones LGTBI han tingut por alguna vegada a revelar la seva orientaci\u00f3 a la feina.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember1030\">L&#8217;estudi tamb\u00e9 posa de manifest <strong>les dificultats que enfronten les persones trans a l&#8217;hora d&#8217;accedir al mercat laboral<\/strong>, atribu\u00efdes principalment a la discriminaci\u00f3 oberta durant el proc\u00e9s de selecci\u00f3, la invisibilitat i l&#8217;ocultaci\u00f3 de la seva identitat, la dificultat per obtenir documents oficials que reflecteixin la seva identitat de g\u00e8nere, i l&#8217;assetjament i la viol\u00e8ncia al lloc de treball. La discriminaci\u00f3 i l&#8217;assetjament constant tamb\u00e9 tenen un impacte significatiu en la salut mental de les persones trans, afectant la seva capacitat per mantenir una feina i tenir estabilitat; limitant, per tant, les seves videsC<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" src=\"https:\/\/veramc.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/lgtb3-1-1024x576.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2640\" srcset=\"https:\/\/veramc.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/lgtb3-1-1024x576.png 1024w, https:\/\/veramc.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/lgtb3-1-300x169.png 300w, https:\/\/veramc.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/lgtb3-1-768x432.png 768w, https:\/\/veramc.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/lgtb3-1.png 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:60px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Com hem d&#8217;actuar per prevenir aquesta discriminaci\u00f3?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Per a donar resposta a aquestes desigualtats, la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/act.php?id=BOE-A-2023-5366#:~:text=Secci%C3%B3n%203.%C2%AA%20Medidas,contenidas%20en%20esta%20ley.\">Llei 4\/2023<\/a>, de 28 de febrer, per a la igualtat real i efectiva de les persones trans i per a la garantia dels drets de les persones, requereix a les empreses l&#8217;obligaci\u00f3 d&#8217;elaborar <strong>Plans LGTBI<\/strong>. Aquests tenen com a objectiu promoure la inclusi\u00f3 i la igualtat d&#8217;oportunitats per a les persones del col\u00b7lectiu LGTBI en el context laboral, amb la intenci\u00f3 de combatre la discriminaci\u00f3 i crear entorns de treball segurs i respectuosos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember1033\">Implementar Plans LGTBI no nom\u00e9s beneficia les persones del col\u00b7lectiu, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 aporta avantatges significatius a les empreses. Entre els beneficis, es destaca l&#8217;augment de la satisfacci\u00f3 i el comprom\u00eds de les persones treballadores, ja que un entorn laboral inclusiu fomenta un clima de confian\u00e7a i respecte. Aix\u00f2 pot derivar en una major productivitat i una disminuci\u00f3 de l&#8217;absentisme laboral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember1034\"><strong>Els Plans LGTBI no nom\u00e9s s\u00f3n una obligaci\u00f3: tamb\u00e9 s\u00f3n una eina imprescindible per avan\u00e7ar cap a una societat m\u00e9s justa i equitativa<\/strong>.
