Segons l&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/observatoritreball.gencat.cat\/web\/.content\/generic\/documents\/perspectiva_genere\/Desigualtat-salarial\/arxius\/Informe-desigualtat-salarial-homes-i-dones-2022.pdf\"><strong>Informe sobre desigualtat salarial a Catalunya el 2022<\/strong><\/a>, publicat per el Departament de Treball el passat 19 de febrer, <strong>les dones han percebut<\/strong>, de mitjana, <strong>gaireb\u00e9 6.000 euros menys a l&#8217;any que els homes<\/strong>, el que equival a una bretxa salarial del 19,5%. En termes de salari per hora, les dones han guanyat un 11,6% menys que els homes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Per qu\u00e8 es produeix la bretxa salarial?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquesta desigualtat no respon nom\u00e9s a una discriminaci\u00f3 directa, sin\u00f3 que es deriva de diversos factors estructurals. En primer lloc, <strong>la segregaci\u00f3 ocupacional <\/strong>continua sent un dels elements clau: les dones s\u00f3n majoria en sectors menys remunerats, com l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 o els serveis socials, mentre que els homes predominen en sectors millor retribu\u00efts, com les finances o la tecnologia. A m\u00e9s,<strong> el tipus de jornada<\/strong> tamb\u00e9 influeix de manera determinant, ja que les dones tenen una taxa de treball a temps parcial molt superior a la dels homes, fet que redueix els seus ingressos anuals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un altre aspecte crucial \u00e9s<strong> l&#8217;impacte de la maternitat <\/strong>en la traject\u00f2ria professional de les dones. Segons els estudis de la Premi Nobel d&#8217;Economia 2023, Claudia Goldin, la maternitat marca un punt d&#8217;inflexi\u00f3 en la carrera de moltes dones, reduint la seva participaci\u00f3 en el mercat laboral i limitant les seves oportunitats de promoci\u00f3, ja que les pol\u00edtiques laborals penalitzen les interrupcions professionals, que segueixen encara essent m\u00e9s frequents en les dones. A m\u00e9s, les dades de l&#8217;informe mostren que <strong>la bretxa salarial augmenta amb l&#8217;edat<\/strong>, sent especialment elevada en el grup de dones de 55 anys o m\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:60px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">En c<strong>onclusi\u00f3<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember3319\">Les conclusions de l&#8217;informe assenyalen que, <strong>malgrat que la bretxa salarial ha assolit el seu nivell m\u00ednim hist\u00f2ric, la seva reducci\u00f3 \u00e9s lenta i insuficient<\/strong>. Les desigualtats en les condicions de treball, la persist\u00e8ncia d&#8217;estereotips de g\u00e8nere i la falta de mesures efectives per garantir la corresponsabilitat en les cures familiars segueixen sent barreres per aconseguir la igualtat salarial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember3320\">Per tant, cal continuar impulsant pol\u00edtiques que promoguin una distribuci\u00f3 m\u00e9s equitativa de les responsabilitats familiars, fomentin la pres\u00e8ncia femenina en sectors d&#8217;alta remuneraci\u00f3 i assegurin la transpar\u00e8ncia salarial.
