Millora del clima laboral i de les condicions de treball<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember182\">Un entorn laboral que aposta per la igualtat genera <strong>m\u00e9s confian\u00e7a, respecte i col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3<\/strong>. Les persones se senten m\u00e9s escoltades, m\u00e9s segures i m\u00e9s valorades, i aix\u00f2 redueix les tensions internes i fomenta relacions m\u00e9s saludables. Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s especialment rellevant per a les dones, que encara assumeixen m\u00e9s responsabilitats de cures, per\u00f2 <strong>beneficia a tota la plantilla<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember185\"><strong>3.
